This release introduce some behavioral changes regarding how files are treated when offline.
To put it short the `offline` flag and related action of playlist has no effect anymore. The `offline` flag has been moved to individual media file entities.

  • ADDED Offline playlist. Treated like a Custom Playlist.
  • CHANGED `size` media file numeric attribute has been added to the media files property when the media file is printed in collection endpoints.
  • ADDED `GET /api/v1/playlists/:playlist_token/media_files/albums.json` now expands the media file entity to include not only the token but the same data keys when the file is represented in collection endpoints. It also supports etag caching.
